An administration fee will be applied to all invoices unpaid beyond 60 days (2% per month). Administration fees will be charged to my account and will become payable in the same way as all other invoices.
All goods invoiced and delivered remain the property of CAPITAL JAYCO until the full amount of the invoice has been received.
I hereby certify that the information provided is accurate and complete. It is understood that this information is to be used to establish my creditworthiness.
A) I am a shareholder of the company named above.
B) I wish to guarantee to Capital Jayco that it will be paid in full for all purchases.
Accordingly, I undertake as follows:
1) I stand as joint and several surety for the full repayment, in principal, interest and fees, of any amount owed to CAPITAL JAYCO by the company.
2) Furthermore, I waive the benefit of discussion provided for in article 2347 of the Civil Code of Québec, so that if the company named above has not paid in full the amount currently owed to CAPITAL JAYCO, the latter will have the right to claim from me payment of any amount still owed by the company and, if necessary, to sue me, without having to sue the company.
3) In the event of legal action, the amount still owed will bear interest at the rate of 2% per month (26.82% per year) until paid in full.
4) The preamble forms an integral part hereof.
